Gratitude is the most important principle to practice in our day to day lives. Showing gratitude allows us to positively focus on the blessings we do have in our lives. It is also scientificly proven to improve our relationships, physical health, mental health, self esteem and even helps us sleep better at night.

The beauty about being grateful is that it only takes just a few minutes of our time to write a lengthly list of the things we are grateful for and that list is endless. By acknowledging the abundance in our lives we are able to be a little more selfless and reduce our desire to own more and increase our desire to give and share more kindness.

Gratitude begins to  form a postive energy within that is then able to be tapped into at any moment of the day, as well as to be shared with others. A ripple effect is created when we are openly thankful to the universe and everything in it.

Tips and Recommendations

1. Have a designated book to write down what you’re grateful for each day.
